Since I Made A Movie products are personalized and cannot be changed once an order is placed, there is a limited returns policy. I Made A Movie will except a return for the following reasons;
Misspelling of the customer's name.
Receiving damaged products.
Production error on a product.
If the name is misspelled on any of the personalized products, you have received a damaged product or there is an error on the product, please contact I Made A Movie so that we can correct this problem. In most cases, I Made A Movie will mail you a replacement product right away.
In some cases, I Made A Movie will refund your purchase price. Please Contact Us to see if this applies to you.
Procedure to return a product:
Please contact our customer service representative by using the Contact Us page. Please let the Customer Service representative know why you would like to return the product. Our representative will help you with any product questions and information about our return policy and procedures. Our representative can also provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return.
Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, mention this to the customer service representative when you call.
Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
The I Made A Movie representative will send a UPS return label to attach to the box.
