Movie Synopsis

Alex Brandon’s world is about to come crashing down all around him. After losing his mother in a suspicious car accident Alex begins to unwind a web of conspiracy and deception that will take him to the edge of sanity. Is he being watch? Followed? Was his mother’s death a murder? What about his mysterious late father? Is he next? Why? Alex’s girlfriend tries to convince him that it is all in his imagination, and it may be. As his paranoia grows worse, he seeks counseling but still seems to be sliding further away from reality. He is pursued by mysterious assailants who claim that he has top secret information. They say they are there to protect him. Should he trust them? Are they even real? On the run and not knowing who to trust he must decide who are his friends, who are his enemies, who is real, and who is just a figment of his unraveling imagination, as he pieces together a past that includes his estranged father and a fate he never could have expected.

Set against the beautiful, powerful and energetic background of New York City, Panic City will keep you guessing with its twists and turns until the film’s final heart-pounding moments.

Directors Influences:
Much of the way that I direct a film has been influenced by my years in front of the camera as an actor. I understand what it takes to tell a story from both perspectives and how to get the performances I need while keeping an eye on the big picture. Some of the directors who have influenced me are David Fincher, P.T. Anderson, Ed Zwick and Quentin Tarantino. I always seek to fit the visual style of the movie to enhance and highlight the themes and tone of the script. So, folks who are Associate Producers on “Panic City” can expect a Michael Mann look, with “Bourne Identity” editing.
List of Work:
As an Actor – All My Children, Law and Order, City Teacher, Thristy, The Wedding Album, Third Watch, Indian Cowboy, Neurotica, Ed, The Accident, The Pretenders and Foreign Student. As a Director – Sovereignty and The Look Away Life
